Terms & Conditions – asia95 Gaming Platform

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "asia95", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the asia95 gaming platform operated at asia95.net and its affiliated entities.
• "Platform" means the asia95 website, mobile web interface, and all associated services accessible at asia95.net.
• "Member" or "you" refers to any individual who has registered an account on the asia95 Platform.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Member on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money stake placed by a Member on a sporting event, casino game, or any other gambling product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet credits, or bonus amounts credited to a Member's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "MYR" means Malaysian Ringgit, the sole currency in which asia95 accounts are denominated.

By registering an account with asia95, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions, together with the Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy published on the Platform.

These terms apply to all Members regardless of location, device type, or access method. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account with asia95, you must:

1. Be at least 21 years of age;
2. Be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law;
3. Not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law;
4. Not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether through asia95 or any other gaming platform;
5. Not be acting on behalf of any third party in placing wagers or operating the account.

asia95 reserves the right to request identity documentation at any time, including a government-issued identity card (MyKad), passport, or other acceptable proof of age and identity. Account access and withdrawals may be suspended pending completion of verification. Accounts found to be held by individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and all winnings forfeited.

Each individual may hold only one registered account with asia95. The maintenance of duplicate or multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. asia95 will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

You must notify asia95 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

All transactions on the asia95 Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include but are not limited to: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, FPX bank transfer, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, and CIMB Clicks.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal thresholds are displayed within the account banking section and are subject to change with notice. Deposits are generally processed in real time, subject to the processing times of the respective payment provider.

Withdrawals are processed subject to the following conditions:

1. The Member's identity verification must be complete before any withdrawal is processed;
2. Any active bonus wagering requirements must be satisfied in full prior to withdrawal;
3. Withdrawals will only be remitted to payment accounts registered in the same name as the asia95 account;
4. asia95 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal as part of anti-money laundering (AML) compliance procedures.

asia95 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment accounts. Any detected third-party fund movement may result in account suspension and further investigation.

asia95 offers promotional bonuses from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, and festive campaign credits. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

General bonus rules applicable to all promotions on asia95 include:

1. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings;
2. Each Member is entitled to claim each promotional offer once only, unless otherwise specified;
3. asia95 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotional offer at any time without prior notice;
4. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts or third-party coordination to exploit promotions, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings and may lead to permanent account closure.

All wagers placed on the asia95 Platform are governed by the specific rules applicable to each game type or sporting market. These rules are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting market page.

General betting rules applicable across all asia95 products:

• All wagers are final once confirmed and cannot be cancelled or amended unless asia95 expressly provides a cash-out or bet cancellation feature for a specific market;
• asia95 reserves the right to void any wager where there is evidence of a technical error, data feed error, or obvious pricing mistake;
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of any sporting event or game result, the decision of asia95's relevant game provider or trading team shall be final and binding;
• asia95 reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual markets, games, or accounts at its absolute discretion.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the asia95 Platform and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and legal action where applicable:

1. Using automated bots, scripts, or software to access or interact with the Platform;
2. Colluding with other players or coordinating wagers to exploit promotions or game mechanics;
3. Providing false information during registration, identity verification, or any other account process;
4. Engaging in any form of money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform;
5. Attempting to access another Member's account without authorisation;
6. Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain.

All content on the asia95 Platform, including but not limited to the asia95 brand name, logo, software, graphics, text, and game content, is the intellectual property of asia95 or its licensed content providers. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or exploited without the express prior written consent of asia95.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, asia95 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.

asia95 does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform. Scheduled maintenance, third-party payment provider outages, or circumstances beyond asia95's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability of services. asia95 shall not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of such unavailability.

The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by asia95 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is available at asia95.net/privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

Upon account closure, any verified real-money balance (net of any outstanding bonus wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member via their registered payment method, subject to identity verification and any applicable AML checks.

asia95 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to Members via registered email or prominent Platform notice. Continued use of the Platform following such notification constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which asia95 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection provisions applicable in Malaysia.
